Why We Started TerritoryIQ
TerritoryIQ started with a simple observation from inside the roofing industry: canvassing teams spend most of their day walking up to the wrong doors. Storm-tracking tools tell you where a hailstorm happened. They don't tell you which specific homes in that path have an older estimated roof age and no recent roofing permit already on file.
We're a small team based in Indianapolis, and we built the first version of TerritoryIQ around Marion County — our own backyard — so we could test every model against real, on-the-ground outcomes before expanding anywhere else. That local-first approach is still how we operate: prove it works in one county, verify it against field results, then scale.
TerritoryIQ is developed by Hilbert Systems LLP, a small software team focused on property-data products for the trades.
